Keith and Mabel Chancey were both raised Methodist. In the 1970s they were both filled with the Holy Spirit.  They have had the honor to work in Brother Norvel Hayes' Ministry and were influenced by many of the great teachers through the 1980s, such as Kenneth Hagin.  The Lord raised Keith up in the teaching ministry and today he teaches the Word of God with signs and wonders following.  Their beliefs are simple: they believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world; they believe in the Baptism of the Holy Ghost as a separate Baptism from Salvation; they believe, as Mark 16 states, that signs and wonders will follow them that believe; and they teach the Word under the Power of the Holy Spirit.

 

Their ministry has been full of signs and wonders including having seen the dead raised. They have a strong anointing to pray for the broken hearted.  Additionally, they frequently minister to the homeless and the addicted and have seen many lives set free and changed.

 

Keith Chancey was raised in the mountains of North Georgia and Tennessee.  He worked as a conductor and locomotive engineer for CSX Railroads for 38 years, until his retirement. During that time, he was in full time ministry and had the honor of being the Head Elder of the New Life Bible Church and College in Cleveland, Tennessee, from 1988 to 1990. 

Keith has also been a staff teacher at New Life Bible College for a number of years. In November 2016 Dr. Norvel Hayes ask him to take over Norvel Hayes Ministries, which includes New Life Bible Church and College, as the Overseer and Senior Pastor.

 

Mabel Chancey was raised in the mountains of North Carolina.  She worked as an elementary school teacher with a Specialist's Degree in Education for over 41 years, until she recently retired.  She is an anointed teacher and preacher of the Gospel.  She is currently a staff teacher at New Life Bible College and with Keith is a Senior Pastor for the ministry.

 

The Chancey’s presently reside in Cleveland, Tennessee, and they have two daughters and two grandson.

 

Keith and Mabel have been involved in a number of the Lord's outpourings over the last 40 years and have done extensive ministry in tent meetings and other open-air meetings.   

 

This site is dedicated to their teaching of the Word under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Their teachings and meetings are frequently recorded to MP3 and to video and will be offered on this website for no cost.
